Justin Tubbs signs for Al Shamal in Qatar

Octagon Europe guard JUstin Tubbs returns to the Middle East as he signed 1-year contract with Al Shamal in Qatar. The 28-year old player last season in Lebanon where he averaged 18.4 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.4 assists for Homentmen, before playing in the Chinese NBL over the summer. Tubbs has also plated in Greece, Israel, Georgia, Canada, FRance, Germany and the NBDL in his carrer until now.
