GPGiorgos Panou is the Director of Greece for Octagon Europe Basketball. Graduated from the Visa Skola za Sportske Trenere (Higher School of Sports Trainers) in Belgrade, he became soon one of the most talented assistants coaches in the Greek basketball, working in the Greek Men’s national team that won the silver medal in Japan's World Championship in 2006, as well as in many Greek A1 clubs. Since 2010 Panou started to represent platers and joined FCM. Since then he has recruited some of the best young prospects in Greece, including NBA ALL-star Giannis Antetokounmpo and many other Greek NT players.

aldimax160Max Aldi was born in Isola del Giglio in Tuscany, but he soon moved to Livorno where he started playing basketball and he had his first successes, winning 2 junior leagues championships. In his professional career he played he played more than 500 games, for clubs like Olimpia Milan, Fortitudo Bologna, Reggio Emilia and Sassari. During his career he won an Italian Championship, a European championship (former Euroleague), an Intercontinental Cup and 4 times the title in the 2nd Italian league. When he retired he started working as agent and in 2006 began a collaboration with Interperformances, where he worked for 5 years. In 2011 he founded, together with Riccardo Artoni, Alpha Agency, before joining Octagon Europe to become the Director of the Italian market.
